Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

At Social Unconditioning Works Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our SaaS product, we offer a straightforward cancellation and refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Cancellation Requests: Customers may request cancellation of their subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team through email talk2us@thrivecafe.in.

 

Immediate Cancellation: This will be valid within 24 hrs from time of payment. Upon receipt of a cancellation request, we will promptly process the cancellation. The subscription will be terminated immediately, and access to the SaaS product will be disabled immediately.

 

Prorated Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of the subscription term. However, customers will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period for which they have already paid.

 

Refund Policy:

 

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of Social Unconditioning Works Pvt Ltd. To be eligible for a refund, customers must meet one or more of the following criteria:

 

Technical issues preventing the use of the SaaS product that cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Failure to deliver promised features or functionality as outlined in our service agreement.

Duplicate billing due to a system error or technical glitch on our part.

Dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided, subject to our assessment.

Refund Requests: Customers must submit refund requests in writing to our customer support team, providing detailed information regarding the reason for the refund request.

 

Refund Process: Upon receipt of a refund request, our team will review the request and may require additional information or documentation for verification purposes. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days of receipt.

 

Refund Issuance: If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in the customer's account, depending on the policies of the payment processor.

 

Policy Updates:

 

Social Unconditioning Works Pvt Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers via email.
